- Lo mejor de todo, el personal Katy, Karen y Yaqui. entre ellas hicieron mi estancia perfecto. Todas las mañanas nos cocinaron un desayuno súper rico, mientras que los cuartos eran limpiados. me dieron buenas recomendaciones de cosas hacer en la cuidad, y le debo a Katy especialmente un gran beso por siempre estar allí ayudándome, hablándome y ser la mejor de todo. En general este hostel ha construido la perfecta onda para Cusco, un lugar sociable pero igual muy tranqui para que descanses bueno para despertarte temprano por las excursiones. – Warren, Reino Unido.
- Muy acogedor, amable y servicial. Cada miembro del personal incluso sabía mi nombre y los nombres del resto de huéspedes, lo que te hace sentir como en casa. Tuve 3 estancias en este hostal durante mi estancia en Perú. Todas las habitaciones eran un poco diferentes, pero las camas siempre eran muy cómodas & baños muy limpios y con agua caliente. El hostal está ubicado en una zona residencial de Cusco con buenos y baratos restaurantes cerca. El paseo hasta el centro histórico de la ciudad se tarda solo 10 minutos. – Anja, Alemania.

Amazing Hostel
Our stay at Hospedaje Turistico Recoleta, was great. The hostel was clean and nice, and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the main square, in walking distance. It is very clean, and they have a great social room, where you can watch movies, play tabletennis and more. Will definetily stay there if I ever come back to Cusco.

Excelente opción de Hospedaje - An excelent option to stay
El hostal cuenta cuenta con todo lo que un viajero necesita. Buena ubicación, buenos precios, un sector tranquilo y local, cerca de las estaciones de bus importantes y con una atención de primera por parte del personal. Muy recomendado! The hostel has everything a traveler needs. Good location, good prices, a quiet and local sector, close to the important bus stations and with first-class attention from the staff. Highly recommended!

wonderful place!
we loved staying at hospedaje recoleta. the employees are so friendly and nice. they were always ready to help us. the atmosphere are very good and nice, the cleaning was good everyday and the whole just takes place very professional. they were very flexibel whenever we need it some changes or had any questions. hot water, good breakfast, nice beds and cosy surroundings! hospedaje recoleta were also very nice to help us with anything we need it when we were staying there under the demonstrations in peru. we were staying at the hostel for a long time because of the situation in peru at that time and they made us feel very safe. all in all - a very nice place! thank you for our stay!

This place is the best! All the people who worked there was so sweet and asking every day if we where okay. They are so sweet.! The Wi-Fi was so good and the breakfast also! Hot shower was amazing too! We went to a inks trail that the hostel booked for us. It was a amazing company they booked for us.! And we are so thankful for picking this place. I will highly recommend this place for everyone!❤️

Home base in Cusco
Incredible staff, made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The whole hospedaje feels cosy and homely, and the beds are like a warm hug. Very comfortable with several high quality quilts on every bed. The staff also helped me organise a tour on the day I arrived, stored my luggage when I went to Machu Picchu, and found my dropped earrings that I forgot about whilst leaving for a tour at 4am! Really wonderful place, very close to facilities, colectivos, and easy to walk everywhere. Made my Cusco experience that much special.

This hostel was amazing. Me and my partner stayed here on three separate occasions during our trip; used it like a home base in between treks. Upon returning from the treks we always felt at home. It was very clean. The staff was incredible. In particular, Javier was instrumental assisting us plan out our treks. Without his help we would not have had nearly as good as an experience in the Cusco area. All staff were extremely hard working, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hostel to anyone. Incredibly Friendly and Great Location
My partner and I stayed at Recoleta for 3 nights (2 nights before a trek and 1 night after). Two things really struck me: the friendliness of the staff and the location. Staff: Everyone at Recoleta welcomes you like family. For example, they all learn your name. They are also constantly checking up on whether you are satisfied with your stay. It is a great environment. Location: While this hostel is not in the center of the touristy part of the town, it is incredibly close (13 min walk). I preferred staying here than in the center of Cusco because restaurants in the area are for locals (not tourists) and, hence, are much cheaper (and more delicious). It is also really easy for tours to pick you up here (in contrast to the center of Cusco). I highly recommend this place!

Sweet staff, adorable decor, quaint neighborhood
I felt like I was home here! Staff was so sweet and knew my name from day 1. Eclectic collection of toy cars, vintage beer, and other sculptures and art around, and unlimited coca tea to help with the elevation. Breakfast was something different each day, always with bread, butter, and jam. A 15 minute walk from the main tourist center of town was accessible while feeling more in a neighborhood with hole in the wall picanterias. I would rather stay here than closer to the tourist buzzing. They were also willing to hold my bag for several days while I went into the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu with minimal travel items. I wanted to stay here for longer! Wifi was spotty but worked enough, especially after staff rebooted it. Beds were comfy and warm in spite of the cool nights in Cusco, but the building is overall open-air so warm clothes might be needed when going to the kitchen for breakfast. Very down to earth and attracted travelers who I would describe that way too.

Hostel Turistico recoleta, Cusco
Lovely hostel a short walk from the historical centre and main plaza. Really really nice, helpful owners and workers. Quite chilled out with a nice terrace and communal area. Showers were hot with good pressure and breakfast was fine! They have really good advice for tourism activities and you can pay them to go on certain day tours.

My Home Away from Home!
We were thrilled for such a great, comfortable stay when we first got into Cusco! This place is family run with the sweetest cat and most comfortable accommodations ever! We are so thankful to Marcelo & his father -- we almost stayed at a different place and they helped us understand why it was so low in cost, and even found us another place to go [drove to go see if they had availability & everything!] when we had to keep moving! We are so thankful for their help and it made our stay SO much easier, better, and warmer! <3 We love you guys, and Peppa! :) <3
